Warak has successfully completed the installation of two sheet-dispensing protection robots at Atlantic Packaging’s plant in Canada, strengthening its presence in the North American market with high-precision automation solutions.
The installed robots are designed to automatically place protective top sheets on stacks of cardboard at the output of two key points in the production process: the corrugator and the converting line.
In addition to their primary function, the robots integrate a vision system that checks the dimensions of each stack, ensuring compliance with quality standards before storage or shipment. They are also equipped to apply identification labels, facilitating product traceability within the plant.
Through this project, Warak reaffirms its commitment to intelligent automation and the continuous improvement of intralogistics processes in the cardboard and packaging industry.
